すべての商品において日本の職人がその手で一つ一つ作り上げてているカバンブランドで、本社所在地の大阪府交野市の「交野」をとって命名したブランドです。近年では海外でも展示会を開くなど、メイドインジャパンの誇りを胸に「交野から世界へ」というテーマで意欲的に海外に展開を行っています。すでに特許取得済みの「CIRCLE BAG」やJAPAN LEATHER AWARD 2012 レディースプロフェッショナルバッグ部門１位の「OSUSHI」など、自社独自の製品や縫製を日々研究開発し、「すべてにおいて一生モノ」と言えるような商品を目指し、デザイナーはもちろん全ての工程の職人たちが日々精進しており、日本製、国内のものづくりの現場を維持継続していく目的があります。

All the products are made by hand of Japanese craftsman. Brand name comes from “Katano city” where head quarter is located. We have developed Katano kaban brand to overseas market in recent years with the pride of Made in Japan and with the theme of “ To the world from Katano city” We have worked in research and development of original products such as our patented product “Circle bag” and “Osushi” which we got first prize in lady’s professional bag division of Japan Leather award 2012. Our product designers and craftsmen work hard for pursuing our mission which is to make products for a lifetime and continue domestic manufacturing in Japan.

地域活性化プロジェクト「交野カバン」から生まれた、学生の声と実用性を取り入れて作られた本格派バックパック「EXPLORER」。

2022年度より「交野みらい学園」の公式スクールバッグとして採用された実績を持ち、こちらは一般ユーザー向けにアップデートを加えたモデルです。

印象的なボックス型のシルエットに、30Lの大容量を誇る収納力。教科書やノートはもちろん、A4ファイルやノートPC、タブレットまでしっかり収まる機能的な内部設計は、通学・通勤・普段使いにぴったり。

生地には、耐摩耗性・耐水性に優れたPVCラミネート加工のポリエステルを採用。雨の日やアウトドアでも安心して使えます。

フロント上部には操作性の高い大型水平ジッパーを搭載。開け閉めがスムーズで、荷物の出し入れもストレスフリー。

両サイドにはペットボトルや折りたたみ傘を収納できるドローコード式ポケット、フロントには鍵や小物を取り付けられる便利なDカンを装備。さらに、マジックテープ式ワッペンは取り外し可能で、自分好みにカスタマイズも楽しめます。

Born from the regional revitalization project “Katano Kaban,” the EXPLORER backpack was designed by incorporating real feedback from students, balancing practicality and style.
Officially adopted in 2022 as the school bag for Katano Mirai Gakuen, this upgraded version is now available for general users.
With its distinctive box-shaped silhouette and generous 30-liter capacity, the EXPLORER is ideal for daily commuting, school, or everyday adventures. It comfortably fits A4 documents, laptops, tablets, and textbooks—thanks to a well-thought-out, highly functional interior.
The main body is crafted from polyester laminated with PVC, offering excellent resistance to abrasion and water—making it reliable even in wet weather or outdoor environments.
The large horizontal zipper at the top front ensures smooth, easy access to your belongings.
On the sides, drawstring pockets securely hold bottles or umbrellas, while the front is equipped with a handy D-ring for keys or small gear. A Velcro patch on the front pocket adds a fun, customizable touch—swap it out with your favorite patch to personalize your look.
