All the products are made by hand of Japanese craftsman. Brand name comes from “Katano city” where head quarter is located. We have developed Katano kaban brand to overseas market in recent years with the pride of Made in Japan and with the theme of “ To the world from Katano city” We have worked in research and development of original products such as our patented product “Circle bag” and “Osushi” which we got first prize in lady’s professional bag division of Japan Leather award 2012. Our product designers and craftsmen work hard for pursuing our mission which is to make products for a lifetime and continue domestic manufacturing in Japan.

本体に使用しているのは、染料仕上げで革の自然な表情をそのまま活かした、極厚のハードヌメ革《ミシバライト》。国内の職人によって、じっくりと時間をかけて植物タンニンで鞣された革は、繊維がしっかりと締まり、圧倒的な強度と耐久性を誇ります。使い込むほどに深みを増し、あなただけの風合いに育っていきます。

内装には、東レが開発した高性能人工皮革《ウルトラスウェード》を使用。本革のような風合いと、手に吸い付くようなソフトな質感を両立し、上品な内装を実現しました。

ファスナーにはYKKの最高級シリーズ「Excella（エクセラ）」を採用。スムーズな開閉とメタルの美しい輝きが、無骨なレザーに洗練された印象をプラスしています。

Over time, the leather develops a rich patina, becoming a unique piece that tells your story.

The interior is lined with Ultrasuede®, a high-performance suede-like artificial leather developed by Toray. It combines the luxurious feel of natural suede with exceptional softness and ease of maintenance, bringing refined elegance to the inside of the wallet.
